What is Baptism?

At CCMC English, we offer baptism classes every year for those who have confessed with their mouth and believed in their heart that Jesus is Lord, and are ready to take the next step of making a public confession of their faith through water immersion baptism.

Our class delves into better understanding what it means to follow Jesus and how baptism fits into our walk in faith. This is an important step for Christians to publicly identify with our Lord. The class also helps clarify what you believe and what it means to follow Jesus. We invite those who attend the Church to consider this baptism class if this fits where you are in your walk with Jesus.

Matthew 28:18-20

And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
